The Changify story
After almost two decades driving change in some of Australia’s largest and most complex organisations, Kate and Nick founded Changify in 2022 with an ambition to drive change differently.
What if change didn’t need to be hard? What if someone else could make sure all the time intensive, critical elements were being taken care of? And what if human needs were a core part of the process?
Enter Changify in mid-2022.
Changify are a boutique change consultancy where simplicity meets smart. We deliver practical, tailored change solutions that inspire, support and motivate your people to make change. We’re a team of experts, without the exorbitant overheads of the big firms.
Since then, Kate, Nick and their team have partnered with Government, NFPs and commercial clients on a range of projects – big and small – to deliver impact with care.
