A new business acquisition. Significant staff transition and a large volume of change in a highly visible global corporate.
The Changify Solution
We created a staged approach across three distinct phases.
Phase one: People and culture onboarding
Phase two: HR Organisation design and integration
Phase three: HR systems and process simplification
Our solution included:
- Stakeholder management and engagement support for leadership to navigate organisation design announcements and communications across the business
- Change capability training on leading difficult conversations to facilitate transition
- Tailored change support for business units transitioning and onboarding employees into organisation’s ways of working, using a transition and team effectiveness toolkit
- Workday onboarding support, including stakeholder management and communications support to onboard HR teams, and employees to a new digital HR system
- Delivering together, collaboration training was developed and deployed to build relationships across global teams
The Outcome
Leaders were engaged with the process to promote retention and were given training on how to have difficult conversations with clarity.
Team leaders were equipped with a transition toolkit and training that contained resources to onboard team members to new roles and build effective ways of working and collaboration across a global, matrixed operating model.
We facilitated a smooth transition to a new HR platform, with additional capability enabling the team to utilise global talent acquisition, management and support tools.; We also delivered a case study-led course, using design thinking to build user centric problem-solving skills for employees to work across capabilities in a global environment.
