Mel has a background in conceptualising and launching new business ventures, with a proven track record of assembling and leading dynamic teams, creating innovative concepts and overseeing all aspects of marketing communication. Mel is adept at transforming ideas into successful operations, ensuring that each venture leaves a legacy in place with a thriving team culture.
Certified in Prince2, Change Management and as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Mel brings a robust and structured approach to every project, with a particular interest in the human side of transformation.
Beyond Mel’s professional achievements, she is passionate about the environment, continuous learning and staying at the forefront of industry trends. On weekends you’ll likely find her at the park, toddler in tow.
Hannah Oakley
Change Lead
Hannah is a People Transformation Leader with over 10 years of experience, skilfully blending her diverse expertise in psychology, design, and analytics to drive meaningful change within organisations. Her background encompasses change management, learning design, leadership development, talent and organisational design.
A natural problem-solver, Hannah thrives on challenges and embraces tight constraints as opportunities to unleash her creativity. She has successfully led change initiatives of various scales, from organisation-wide ERP and CRM implementations to functional restructures, and the development of bespoke leadership and wellbeing programs.
Hannah is results-oriented, leveraging her strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to foster growth in others. Her people-first approach is anchored in data, enabling her to prioritise impactful change interventions that minimise disruption and enhance overall adoption.
When she’s not transforming organizations, you’ll find Hannah chasing after her two young kids with a coffee in hand, enjoying board games with friends, or immersed in her latest illustration as a proud member of Illustrator’s Australia.
Sophie Tseung
Change Lead
Sophie was raised in Mauritius, lived in Australia since 1999 and has travelled the world extensively for work and pleasure. Through her travels and her experience as a Service Design and Change Consultant, Sophie has developed broad knowledge in supporting teams navigate change and uncertainty. She is a PROSCI change consultant with 20 years experience with end-to-end project experience on large scale, complex digital transformation projects such as Oracle, BASEL II Moodys Analytics and Risk Engines. She thrives on structuring and planning for change and bringing impacted stakeholders together for a more seamless transition process.
She is passionate about transformation at a human level and empowered by her intuitive discernment. She is a certified practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mindfulness, she works with leaders in various industries on leading deep transformation, aligned with their business objectives. She also has years of experience mentoring emerging young talents.
Sophie is an advocate of Ocean Conservation and an Advisory Board member of several Ocean NGOs. Having grown up on an island, her passion for the ocean has always been present and grew when she started scuba diving years ago. Outside of work, she is known for researching her next big dive exploration around the world.

Mae Olmstead is a recognised leader who has a wealth of experience in operational performance improvement, project management, and governance.
With a Masters in Environment (Government, Policy & Management) and an extensive career in environmental regulation in Victoria, Mae has delivered significant operational improvements throughout her career.
Her achievements include leading the EPA’s planning, performance, risk management, and project management functions, where she effectively communicated with the Executive, Board, and staff. Mae has expertise in utilising PowerBI to develop data-driven dashboards, providing key insights that guided organizational improvements. She offered impactful insights, analysed sales and marketing to boost conversion and retention rates.
Mae is a passionate people leader and project manager motivated by creating and achieving public impact. Her efforts have seen her recognised consistently throughout her career with awards and nominations for leadership and high performance.
Reina Malhotra
Analyst
Reina has 4 years of experience in change management, encompassing change strategy and implementation, within the Financial Services sector. Her expertise includes developing and executing change strategies, analyzing complex data with analytics tools, and managing stakeholder relationships.
Reina brings a unique combination of analytical skills and a deep understanding of both human-centric and technical aspects of change. She is passionate about applying experience in project management and data-driven decision-making to effectively bridge the gap between emerging technologies and practical applications in the medical field.
Reina is a third-year Doctor of Medicine (MD) student at the University of Melbourne. Prior to her medical studies, she earned a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from the University of Sydney, bringing a unique blend of skills and experience from her background in psychology and strategic change management.
Aish Narayan
Organisational Design Consultant
Aish has a research and business management background, and has worked with federal and state government clients and in life sciences. She joined the Changify team in April 2022 and brings experience and passion for crafting effective strategies and implementing change management solutions. Aish has successfully navigated multiple projects, collaborating with diverse clients to enhance organisational effectiveness.
Outside of the professional realm, Aish finds joy in exploring new hiking trails and experimenting with diverse cuisines.
Kate Murray
Founder and Director
A psychologist and skilled facilitator, Kate has built her career at Accenture, Deloitte and CSL, honing her skills in the design and delivery of large-scale, complex change programs. Kate’s approach is people focused and always starts with consulting leaders and working with teams to understand the change challenges they are facing. Following diagnosis, the design of each program is unique, and Kate has worked on diverse programs – from global enterprise technology programs to bespoke executive leadership development initiatives. Her work is anchored by her focus on supporting people and organisations to grow and thrive while delivering step changes in performance.
Founding Changify represented a significant career transition for Kate – from leading large teams and budgets, to leading small, agile delivery teams in closer partnership with clients. She loves the innovation possible when change is well managed; the accountability of working in true partnership with clients; and the joy of repeat business with clients she loves working with.
Kate is particularly passionate about health, life sciences and the for-purpose sectors, helping organisations build the scaffolding required for great outcomes and engaged and thriving employees. She is your go-to for governance; your fail-safe facilitator; and your strategic planning safety net.
Kate and Nick live in Somers on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula with their family. Kate can’t survive life without coffee and a good book.
Melinda Rak
Senior Consultant
Melinda has over ten years’ experience working in a broad range of sectors including corporate, government, education, health and not-for-profit. Melinda works collaboratively with individuals, teams and organisations to adjust to change, through coaching, transition support, wellbeing promotion and helping to create mentally healthy workplaces. Her training in clinical and organisational psychology provides a unique lens to examine individual and systemic issues and implement practical and evidence-based interventions.
Melinda is passionate about redirecting focus from fear-based thinking to one that empowers individuals to use values-guided actions to support wellbeing during times of change. Melinda draws on motivational interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, positive psychology, and solution focused therapy in her approach.
Melinda is a Clinical Psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology and a Master of Organisational Psychology. Melinda is a Board approved supervisor and provides clinical supervision to early career psychologists. Alongside her work with organisations, Melinda continues to provide individual counselling and coaching in her private practice.
Nick Decker
Director
With an Executive Masters in Public Administration and extensive experience across all levels of Government, including at Executive Director level, Nick brings a wealth of knowledge to any change project. He has a strong policy background and was tasked with creating a new agency – Bushfire Recovery Victoria – in just a two-month timeframe, building a 100-person team from the ground up.
Nick is also a Director of Decker Advisory and Transition & Recovery Australia, the latter supporting communities and governments navigate a clear path to net zero emissions. His expertise is in organisational planning and helping leaders identify measurable goals – getting under the hood of your organisation and making sure the framework for greatness is in place.
In his downtime, you’ll find Nick going for a run to unwind or being bossed around by one of his kids.
